All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached. 

Any item that you purchase on sale is FINAL SALE and can NOT be exchanged or returned. 

 

Returns


Eligible items may be authorized for return/exchange up to 30 days from original purchase date.  Please reach out promptly for authorization by emailing help@backdownsouthclothing.com.  Unauthorized returns/exchanges received more than 30 days from purchase may incur a $10 restocking fee and/or additional shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be not have been worn, used, washed, dried, stretched, bent, shaped or otherwise altered/modified from its original new condition.  The original packaging must be provided and tags attached if applicable. 

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Limited/single run items
  • Items that have been washed, dried, modified or altered in any way
  • Items reported as damaged or defective more than 10 days after delivery
  • Items where proof of purchase cannot be confirmed

 

Exchanges (USA Orders Only)

  1. Check our website to confirm if an item/size/color/style is in stock.
  2. Email help@backdownsouthclothing.com and request authorization.
  3. Pack the items in the original packaging.
  4. Add a note in the package listing YOUR NAME, ORDER # and EXCHANGE DETAILS (WHAT YOU WANT US TO DO).
  5. Ship the item to us using the carrier of your choice.  We highly recommend saving your tracking information in case your package is lost or delayed.  We are unable to offer free shipping from your address to our store. 
  6. Once the items are received and processed, we will pay to ship the new items back to you. 

We are unable to offer exchanges for orders delivered outside of the USA due to taxes, duties, and brokerage fees outside of our control.  Authorized returns from outside of the USA may only be eligible for a refund excluding shipping, handling, taxes, duties and/or fees.

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s).
  • Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable unless an item is confirmed as damaged prior to delivery or defective by our Customer Service Dept.  If we are unable to exchange or repair a damaged or defective item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or store credit.

BDS Guarantee

We guarantee everything we make at Back Down South Clothing . If you are not satisfied with our products at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction you may return it to us for a replacement, or refund.
