If you need to return or exchange an item.

Make sure you have order# or name on the order.  You can find your order number in your confirmation email or email us at

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached. 

Exchanges

Please send your exchange to 305 E Hubbard ST, Lindale TX 75771

                         (HOW TO MAKE A EXCHANGE)

1.Send us a email letting us know about what you need done.  help@backdownsouthclothing.com

2.Write a note to stick inside the box explaining what you need done with the exchange.

3.Please provide phone number and order number (INSIDE THE BOX ON YOUR NOTE)

Returns

A return authorization is required on all returns. Email us help@backdownsouthclothing.com

 All returns are subject to a restocking fee/ Shipping fee of $7.95

A return label will be emailed to you after approving your return.

(Items may also be returned without charge, in person to our storefront located in Lindale Texas 305 E HUBBARD ST LINDALE TX 75771

Refunds and credits

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition.  The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.

BDS Guarantee

We guarantee everything we make at Back Down South Clothing . If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction you may return it to us for a replacement, or refund.
